Any seminar materials and consulting materials are, expressively, for the personal use of the participants, their colleagues and employees only. Any rights, including rights after, if applicable, translation, reproduction or copying of the seminar and/or consulting materials, shall remain with ECCG at any time. Especially, no seminar and/or consulting materials may be reproduced, copied other otherwise commercially exploited for training, consulting or further purposes. This shall apply for any services provided by electronic means., e.g. webinars, e-learning-tools, intranet and apps related to our service provision.

The offer includes an offer for information and communication.

Privacy and data security are of core importance for ECCG. Record keeping

The Information stored will solely be used for statistical purposes and to ensure a proper operation of the offer. Transmission of data to third parties will solely be performed in cases where ECCG is legally obliged to do so.

Web analysis

This website does neither uses web analysis software nor plugins promoted by advertising networks. 

Revocation

In case you do not agree in the storage and evaluation of your user information as explained in this document, you may revoke your agreement accordingly. The use of the learning platform will not be possible in this case.

Registration
